The foundation has established collaborations with various hospitals and institutions across Pakistan, including Alkhidmat Razi Hospital Islamabad, Pakistan Kidney Center Abbottabad, AIMS Hospital Muzafarabad, Nishtar Hospital Multan (via Nishtar Alumni), and Benazir Bhutto Hospital Rawalpindi.

These collaborations involve sharing resources, expertise, and knowledge to improve healthcare services in Pakistan. For example, Rahmah Health Foundation collaborates with Alkhidmat Razi Hospital Islamabad to provide high-quality healthcare services to patients in the region.
